NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION ADVERSE??
That's fine, but if you want to work hard for a goal weight, It does help to choose a date in the future to work towards, like a holiday, a vacation, a special event etc. setting this goal and "resolution" will ALWAYS make you work harder and stay committed to your goals.

3. don't waste time doing inefficient exercises that won't work for your goals.
4. will give you a structured workout routine for yourself, your body, your goals, your life-style
